About Us
SWA-JAY Agro Processing Pvt. Ltd. is a social enterprise founded in 2023 by Mr. Anil Tiwari, blending corporate efficiency with cooperative values to create high-quality, ethically produced food products. Rooted in rural Uttar Pradesh, SWA-JAY is driven by a powerful mission: to uplift village economies, empower women, and preserve India’s agricultural heritage.
At the core of our model is a network of women-led, chemical-free agro-processing units that use time-tested traditional methods. These units not only ensure purity and authenticity in every product but also provide meaningful employment to rural women—transforming them into economic contributors and community leaders. What started with 100 women now spans over 200 villages, with a vision to engage over 5,000 women in the coming years.
We currently produce more than 40 high-quality products, including spices, cereals, pickles, dairy, and traditional Panchagavya offerings—all made with care, sustainability, and a deep respect for India’s natural resources. Our commitment to conserving indigenous cow breeds forms an integral part of our ecosystem, ensuring a regenerative cycle that supports both nutrition and sustainable farming practices.
At SWA-JAY, we believe in setting new benchmarks for quality, innovation, and social impact. As customer needs evolve, we remain dedicated to delivering products that are not only healthy and authentic but also carry the spirit of rural India in every bite.
Our founders

Mr. Anil Tiwari
Mr. Anil Tiwari, the visionary behind Swa-Jay, is a former civil servant with decades of global experience in security, leadership, and development. He began his career as an Assistant Commandant in the CISF and later served the United Nations across conflict zones including Kosovo, Congo, Sudan, Liberia, Israel, and Afghanistan. In his roles as Resident Investigator and Chief Security Officer, he developed a sharp understanding of grassroots realities across continents.

At Swa-Jay, he has led the initiative to integrate village-based production centers while maintaining top-tier quality standards. This approach not only ensures product authenticity but also empowers local communities. His focus on Indian breed cows and holistic village development lies at the heart of every venture, ensuring real, lasting impact.
Through his leadership, Swa-Jay is redefining how we think about rural development, quality in FMCG products, and the role of tradition in modern enterprise.

Mr. Sunil Tiwari
Mr. Sunil Kumar Tiwari holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management and plays a pivotal role in driving the vision and expansion of SWA-JAY. With a deep understanding of rural dynamics and market alignment, he has been instrumental in establishing backward integration for our production centers across villages in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh.
As the key force behind product development and production scheduling, Mr. Tiwari ensures that every unit operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Under his leadership, a dedicated team of 100 rural women has already been mobilized and trained to run our production centers with confidence and skill.
Working closely with our MD, Mr. Anil Tiwari, he is now spearheading an ambitious roadmap: the creation of 200 production centers and employment for 5,000 women within the next two years. His efforts not only strengthen SWA-JAY's operational foundation but also advance our mission to empower rural communities through inclusive and sustainable enterprise.
The objective of the Indigenous Cow Breeding Project is to revitalize the Ganga Tiri cow breed in the rural areas of Uttar Pradesh. We have so far launched breeds like Gir, Kankrej and Tharparkar, along with quality bulls and an initial breeding unit at Village Jamua. It is planned to arrange around 100 breeding units, to be of benefit to nearly 25 villages around it. It would provide free breeding facilities, accept male calves for addressing stray cattle problems and prepare Panchgavya products like fertilizers, cosmetics, and medicines. It will also provide hormone-free high quality dairy products.
