Steps to Apply
Step 1
Foment the affected body part for 5 minutes with a warm towel, heat rub or heat pad before applying warm RUPAMED oil.
Step 2
Take approx. 5-10 ml of RUPAMED oil in a bowl and heat it.
Step 3
Apply the heated oil gently to the affected body part for 5 minutes.
Step 4
After applying, do hot fomentation for 15 minutes with either a warm towel, hot water
bag or heat pad. You may also wrap the affected body part in crepe bandage for longer retention of heat.
Repeat the above procedure twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
Application is to done 2 hours before or after meals. Do not drink water for 30 minutes before or after application.
